11. Authorisation for Use of Images and Videos
The LVDS and Spotturn Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. team is hereby granted irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free authorisation by all students (and their parents or legal guardians in the case of minors) to capture, use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and otherwise exploit photographs, videos, and any other visual or audiovisual recordings featuring such students (“Materials”) in any media, format, or platform, for promotional, marketing, educational, or any other lawful purposes, in perpetuity.
Should any student (or parent/legal guardian of a minor) object to such use, they must provide explicit written notice via email to info@lvds.in to formally opt out. Absent such opt-out, this authorization shall remain fully effective and binding.
12. Waiver of Liability
All students registering with or participating in programs, events, classes, or activities offered by LVDS or Spotturn Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (collectively, the “Organization”), on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organization’s directors, officers, instructors, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, successors, assigns, or any other related individuals or entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death to person or property sustained during or in connection with such participation, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of India and is binding in perpetuity.
13. Consent to Communications
I hereby grant irrevocable consent to LVDS and Spotturn Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (collectively, the “Organization”) to use, store, and process my email address and mobile phone number for the purpose of contacting me via email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone calls, or any other electronic means regarding classes, workshops, social dance events, competitions, or any other dance-related information, promotions, updates, or opportunities.
This consent remains fully effective unless and until I provide explicit written notice of revocation via email to info@lvds.in. I acknowledge that this consent complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
