All fees, charges, deposits, or payments made by a student or participant to LVDS or Spotturn Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. (collectively, the “Organization”) for classes, workshops, events, programs, memberships, or any other services (“Fees”) are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, withdrawal, no-show, dissatisfaction, medical emergencies, or changes in personal circumstances.
The Organization reserves the right to retain all Fees paid as liquidated damages and consideration for reserving spots, resources, and administrative efforts. No credits, exchanges, or transfers to other individuals, events, or future sessions shall be permitted.
This provision shall be governed by the laws of India.
